Mariachi music is the sound and soul of Mexico, the musical accompaniment to all important moments in life. Mariachi Los Tarascos hails from Antwerp and consists of musicians from Mexico, Honduras, and Belgium. With great pleasure, they bring a piece of authentic Mexican culture to you. With the typical vihuela, guitarron, violin, trumpet, and singing (from the heart!), they deliver the music in a traditional manner, with a touch of their own flavor, and in full regalia. Classic sing-alongs from the mariachi repertoire such as La Bamba, Besame Mucho, and Cielito Lindo transport you straight to South America. Sometimes romantic and heartrending, but always ending in a celebration of life. Viva Mexico!

Once again this year, Dutch Chili Fest will be presenting awards for the Best Hot Sauce and Best Sambal in the Netherlands! A professional panel of judges will evaluate your sauce or sambal based on taste, texture, color, aroma, and consistency. While your sauce or sambal must contain chili peppers, the jury emphasizes that it's not solely about the hottest sauce or sambal. Taste is what matters most! Participation is open to everyone: hobbyists, enthusiasts, or professionals.
